Moving a wholesale seafood business online and opening offerings to retail customers. I put together a team of three people to move a business online and keep them afloat during COVID-19 shutdowns. Along with a developer and marketing operations, we built out a new process for selling product using catch weight, invoicing both consumers and restaurants, and scaling up operations. Illustrations served as a creative way to highlight weekly seafood box specials for retail, while an easy-to-use ordering system improved wholesale operations and billing.

MORE THAN FISH
One of the most important aspects of this process was allowing Royal Hawaiian Seafood to educate their customers on sustainable products and fishing practices. Each partner page was built with this in mind—providing insight into each product and the eco-mission of its supplier.
