Moving a wholesale seafood business online and opening offerings to retail customers. I put together a team of three people to move a business online and keep them afloat during COVID-19 shutdowns. Along with a developer and marketing operations, we built out a new process for selling product using catch weight, invoicing both consumers and restaurants, and scaling up operations. Illustrations served as a creative way to highlight weekly seafood box specials for retail, while an easy-to-use ordering system improved wholesale operations and billing.
